  The fact someone has put the line " Now thats what i call service " should ring alarms to the fact this place is deceitful and untrustworthy with staff to match the decor which is down right depressing. Student Receptionist by the name of Sara who refused to spell last name after being told she isnt allowed to pry into my personal life by asking such intrusive questions that i would only expect a trained proffesional to ask me. I have been placed on hold and hung up on to elimate the calls i make in attempt to create appointments for myself because when faced with a question it is easier to hang up on me than it is to try and actually help a customer with a quiery. I genuinely believe this is a wasted medical centre due to the lack of concern or care displayed by its staff and this is felt locally. I work within the community and see alot of regular faces to which none of those have told me anything positive and actually told me more negetive information about the surgery in question. Today i felt the need to write this as i have came in for a routine check up on my knee and the reception staff laughed under her breathe at me, which i am not sure why but it has made me feel very insecure and offended due to already suffering from depression. But asif they care right ?
